Pocatello Idaho State Journal;"Most people wouldn't try to pass a counterfeit bill at the county courthouse, but one local woman did. Walked up to the Bannock County Courthouse's bonds and fines window handed a clerk an altered $10 bill forged to look like a $100 bill. Said she was paying her boyfriend's fine. When the clerk said she couldn't accept the money because it was fake, The women attempted to leave. Police apprehended her before she made it to the front door, she lied about her identity, she, is charged with felony possession of forged currency and providing a false name. Because the crime involved counterfeit money, turned the matter over to the U.S. Treasury Department. The case will be tried in federal court."
I have to say...This one wins the air-head trophy! For the most empty-headed thing I ever heard off, still laughing my butt off, come on..A Court House of all places. What she didn't think the legal-beagles would get her? Someone should of told her before she went into the court-house... It's full of Police-officer's. All I can say to this one is...She must of been Smoking some of that -CRACK- to think she could of pulled this one off...
